Chuck and Sarah's romantic mission is cancelled with the arrival of Hugo Pancer and Heather Chancler. Heather claims to a thing or two about Chuck's mom which of course piques Chuck's interest. Meanwhile, a surprise awaits Morgan while preparing for a huge video game release at the Buy More.
